A client has contacted me to say that she has just been on a 3 week holiday, sleeping on trains, travelling around Canada; only to find out that her mum passed away, so instead of returning home, she had to go directly to her families home and stay there for two weeks.

After being so careful, massaging my legs pre run and it working so well; I didn’t bother massaging any oils on them pre circuits – what a mistake! I pulled a muscle. However, after massaging my legs last night, ‘it’s a miracle’, my hamstring seems better and my legs dont ache! Hurray!

Morning, Monday morning and it’s my run day.
