Organic Jojoba

Rich in omega9, if you store it at room temperature it will go cloudy and thicker. It leaves a non sticky feel to the skin.

It’s chemical makeup is similar to sebum which is the natural oil lubricant that our skin .

When we get slow our sluggish pores with low quality cosmetics, the sebum can start to build up. This slightly stretched the pores giving the appearance of large pores and the surface of the sebum plug starts to go black as it oxidises with the air. This is called a blackhead and when squeezed, the matter that comes out is rancid sebum. When jojoba is used in facial products it can act in the way of a solvent by softening the scenic sebum plug and allowing the pores to expel the blackhead. For that reason it is an excellent choice in acne prone skin products.

An excellent oil for protecting the skin from water, wind, dirt and all kinds of weather. Perfect for gardeners skin care products.

It’s also a classic oil for hair packs/treatments due to the fact that it’s not very greasy so making it easy to wash put.

It is high in omega 9, relatively low in omega 6 and 3 so adding other oils to it will make superb skin serums.
